Passmore Street

Our project involved the sensitive extension of a terraced family house in Belgravia, SW London.

The project was part of the Grosvenor Estate and HoD carefully managed the Licence to Alter process and obtained all the necessary approvals from the Estate to execute the works.

The project features a pared back palette of materials including plain precast concrete lintels, reclaimed brickwork, galvanised metal and minimal frame sliding doors with the frame recessed within the brickwork.

The result is a calm and composed extension that brings a lot of natural light into a previously dark kitchen area.
